Park Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

EMERY PARK RULES

1. Stafford Residents and guests only.
2. Fires in grills only.
3. No grills in the tree area.
4. No cutting or damaging trees.
5. No motorized vehicles or bicycles inside the fence.
6. No glass beverage containers.
7. Person or persons guilty of damaging park property will be prosecuted.
8. Violators will be subject to $100.00 fine or cost of repairs, whichever is greater.
9. Tables are to be left in the pavilions and not moved outside.
10. All trash and garbage to be picked up and removed from premises.
11. Bounce houses are not allowed.
12. No animals allowed.
13. No Smoking or Vaping.

TENNIS COURT RULES

1. Stafford Residents and guests only.
2. Guest must be accompanied by playing resident.
3. One hour limit unless no one is waiting.
4. Tennis shoes or sneakers only.
5. Only participating players in court area.
6. No food or beverage in court area.
7. No smoking in court area.
8. Do not adjust the nets. Contact someone in charge.
9. No horseplay or you will be asked to leave entire park.
10. $100.00 fine for anyone destroying the park or court equipment, or the cost of repairs whichever is greater
