Sept 19, 2022 meeting minutes approval
Motion by ZBA Member Tim and seconded by ZBA Member Leslie to approve the minutes of the Sept. 19, 2022 ZBA regular meeting.
Passed 5 to 0.

Set Back Variance by Cherie Bender to build a Pole Barn.
Cherie Bender and Kevin Wolff spoke briefly about their application for a Zoning Area Variance Permit to build a Pole Barn at 5775 Sweetland Rd. A Brief discussion ensued and it was noted that there may be a discrepancy regarding the map they submitted and the actual measurements. A Motion was made by ZBA Member Thomas and seconded by ZBA Member Balonek to schedule a public hearing for Nov 21, 2022.
Motion passed 5 to 0
3 Variance application for Thomas Perl to build a fence at 5525 E. Main St. Road, Batavia, NY 14020.
Thomas Perl came forward and addressed the Board regarding a permit for a fence on his property at 5525 E. Main St. Rd. There seems to be a dispute about building the fence without a permit. A Motion was then made by ZBA Member Boldt and seconded by ZBA Member Krajewski to schedule a Public Hearing for Nov 21, 2022. Motion passed 5 to 0.
4 Correspondence/Workshops/Reports/General Information
Budget Information:
Contribute a Newsletter Article to Town Clerk from the ZBA.
A Motion was made by ZBA Member Boldt and seconded by ZBA Member Krajewski to published an article for the Town Newsletter. Motion passed 5 to 0
5 Adjournment:
Motion was made by ZBA Member Boldt and seconded by ZBA Member Krajewski
to close the ZBA meeting at 7:33 PM. Motion was passed 5 to 0.
