  1. Application for Land Separation – David & Tonya Stephens thru agent David Kent – Parcels on Prole Road and Horseshoe Lake Road, TMP 1.-2-58.11 and 6.-1-60.2

Real Estate Agent David Kent came forward representing Mr. David Stephens and Tonya Stephens, regarding their Land Separation Application on Prole Road and Horseshoe Lake Road.  They would like to divide an 11.4 Acre parcel into two 5 plus acre parcels and divide house and barns plus another 6 acres and a 20-acre field. At this point this is just a presentation to the Town Planning Board which is open to the Planning Board’s suggestion and recommendations on how to proceed.  So far it appears that all application requests meet minimum requirements for land frontage.  Parcels will be auctioned off in July, and pending results of the auction, a final land separation may be provided for action at the July Meeting.    No further actions were taken by the Town Planning Board at this time.
