Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Stafford will hold a Public Hearing on January 24, 2024 at the Stafford Town Hall at 8903 Rt 237, Stafford, NY @ 7:00 PM to discuss an application by Jason Heineman, representing Legacy Laundry, Inc., regarding modification of an existing Special Use Permit at 5762 E. Main St., Batavia, NY (TMP 4.-1-40) for a light manufacturing process which is enclosed. Said Planning Board will convene at the time stated above to hear from all persons in connection with such matters.
