Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stafford will hold a Board Meeting and a Public Hearing on Nov 21, 2022 at the Stafford Town Hall at 8903 Rt 237, Stafford, NY @ 7:00 PM. .The Zoning Board will at this time conduct a public hearing regarding an application for a Zoning Area Variance Permit application which has been submitted by Cherie Bender to build a Pole Barn at 5774 Sweetland Rd., Stafford NY 14143 TMP 9.-1-53.1. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will convene at the time stated above to hear from all persons in connection with such matters.
