Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stafford will hold a Board Meeting and a Public Hearing on Nov 21, 2022 at the Stafford Town Hall at 8903 Rt 237, Stafford, NY @ 7:15 PM. .The Zoning Board will at this time conduct a public hearing regarding an application for a Zoning Area Variance Permit application which has been submitted by Thomas Perl to build a fence at 5525 E. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY 14020 TMP 5.-1-12.1 Said Zoning Board of Appeals will convene at the time stated above to hear from all persons in connection with such matters.
