Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Stafford will hold a Public Hearing at the Stafford Town Hall, 8903 Route 237, on Monday Nov 20, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. regarding an application for a Use Variance to establish a building at 8163 Prole Rd ext,before MCWA will hook up a meter box for water supply. The application is made by Jason Spencer pursuant to Town of Stafford Zoning Law Article III Section 182-12. Said Zoning Board will meet at the place and time stated above to hear from all persons in connection with such matters.
