PUBLIC HEARING ON LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2023

Supervisor Clement opened the Public Hearing on Local Law No. 1 of 2023 at 7:00pm by reading the notice published in the Daily News. In attendance were Councilman Panek, Councilman Schramm, Councilman Duyssen, Councilman Pacer, Highway Superintendent Boldt and Town Clerk Radley.
Also in attendance were Cathy and Dale Worthington, Linda Call, Phyllis Darling, James and Laura Pontillo, Quentin Call, Charles Giacchino, and Gary Snell.
Supervisor Clement explained that the reason for the change in the law is because our Assessor had a conflict with the last Tuesday in May and has requested that the Grievance Night be moved to the first Tuesday in June.
No objections were made, and Supervisor Clement closed the meeting at 7:10pm.
