Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Stafford will hold a Public Hearing on December 27, 2023 at the Stafford Town Hall at 8903 Rt 237, Stafford, NY @ 7:00 PM to discuss an application by Daniel Hinrich regarding a Special Use Permit at 5762 E. Main St., Batavia, NY (TMP 8.-2-10.2) to display vehicles for sale. Said Planning Board will convene at the time stated above to hear from all persons in connection with such matters.
