TOWN OF STAFFORD SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 24, 2023
Supervisor Clement opened the Special Meeting of August 24, 2023, at 6:30pm with the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance were Councilman Schramm, Councilman Duyssen, Councilman Pacer, and Town Clerk Radley. Councilman Panek was absent.
There were no questions brought to the attention of the Town Board.
Councilman Schramm made a motion to enter Executive Session at 6:32pm to interview candidates for the Cleaning Position, second by Councilman Pacer and approved on a 4-0 vote Councilman Panek was absent.
Councilman Panek arrived at 6:33pm.
At 7:20 pm Councilman Schramm made a motion to move to Regular Session of the Special Meeting second by Councilman Panek and approved on a 5-0 vote.
Councilman Panek made a motion to approve Resolution 47 to hire Carl Altman as Cleaner for the Town Hall, second by Councilman Schramm and approved on a Roll Call Vote as follows:
Councilman Panek yes
Councilman Schramm yes
Councilman Duyssen yes
Councilman Pacer yes
Supervisor Clement yes
Councilman Schramm made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:23pm, Councilman Pacer second and the motion passed 5-0.
