TOWN OF STAFFORD PUBLIC HEARING
FOR LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2022
DECEMBER 12, 2022
Supervisor Clement called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00pm on December 12, 2022. In attendance were Councilmen Panek, Schramm, Duyssen and Pacer, and Town Clerk Radley.
Also in attendance were Ben Duyssen and Lori Frongetta.
Supervisor Clement read the Notice of Public Hearing. Councilman Panek gave a history of the Local Law No. 3 of 2007; stating that there were exceptions in the law for other towns, and not Stafford. That is why there is a need to amend our law to include Contiguous Counties.
There were no objections to this law being put into effect.
The Public Hearing was closed at 7:15pm
