Sept 18, 2023 meeting minutes approval
Motion by ZBA Member Ali and seconded by ZBA Member Boldt to approve the minutes of the Sept 18, 2023 ZBA regular meeting with noted changes.
Close Regular meeting and Open Public Hearings. 10/16/2023 _7:08_ PM.

NEW Business:
Chairman Lathan introduced an application by John Ianni for a use variance to establish a building on Griswold Rd.
Mr. Ianni explained that his application with MCWA to hook up a meter box for water supply requires a house on the property located at TMP 2.-1-26.2 on Griswold Rd. Mr. Ianni assured the ZBA Members that his will eventually have a house on the property pursuant to zoning law III section 182-12. .
A Motion was then made by ZBA Member Ali and seconded by ZBA Member Balonek to schedule a Public Hearing on Nov 20, 2023 at 7:00 PM. Accordingly. Motion passed 4 to 0.
Chairman Lathan introduced an application by Jason Spencer for a use variance to establish a building on 8163 Prole Rd., Ext.
Mr. Spencer explained that his application with MCWA to hook up a meter box for water supply requires a house on the property located at TMP 1.-2-9.12 on Prole Rd., Ext. Mr. Spencer assured the ZBA Members that his will eventually have a house on the property pursuant to zoning law III section 182-12. .
A Motion was then made by ZBA Member Boldt and seconded by ZBA Member Balonek to schedule a Public Hearing on Nov 20, 2013 at 7:15 PM. Accordingly. Motion passed 4 to 0.

Motion was made by ZBA Member Balonek and seconded by ZBA Member Ali to close the meeting at 7:22 PM. Motion passed 4 to 0.
